Fruity Spice Tea

Spiced tea with a citrusy tang.

This easy-to-fix hot tea can be whipped up for almost any size group. Plus, it’s perfect for sipping on a wintry day. And if you let it simmer on the stove, it’ll fill the house with its wonderfully spicy aroma.

  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 2 quarts water
  • 5 bags of your favorite tea
  • 1 cup sugar or honey to taste
  • 5 bags of Olde Tradition Spice mulling spice
  • 3/4 cup thawed lemonade concentrate (substitute orange or cranberry conc.)

Boil one cup water. Add lemon concentrate, sugar, Olde Tradition Spice mulling spice bags and tea bags. Stir till sugar or honey is dissolved. Let steep for 3 to 4 minutes. Add 3 quarts of water and serve warm or chilled over ice. Garnish with lemon or orange slice and 4” cinnamon stick.
