Hot Apple Toddy
Great evening or before bed drink on a cold winter night, or before a crackling fire.
- 2 oz. whiskey or apple brandy
- 1 tbsp sugar or honey
- 4 oz. hot apple cider or apple juice
- 1 bag of Olde Tradition Spice
- 1 Lemon wedge and 4” cinnamon stick for garnish
Heat apple cider or juice to steamy hot, do not boil. Add spice bag and let steep for 1 to 2 minutes. Coat bottom of Irish coffee glass with honey. Add whiskey or apple brandy. Fill with hot apple cider or juice. Remove spice bag. Stir well. Add lemon and cinnamon stick.
